Warehousing

Cappoquin Logistics offers warehousing solutions from our stores in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Our warehouses offer a secure, clean, high-quality environment for your products. We work with clients requiring short term and long term solutions, as well as providing fulfilment and distribution services. Cappoquin Logistics receives your products shipments, stores them in an allocated position within our warehouse facility and records all activity in our Warehouse Management System. Once it’s time to ship, we’ll pick, pack and delivery.

Our newest complex added to our existing stores is located at Shandon, Dungarvan, just off the main N25 Cork-Waterford Road. Standing on 5 acres the site has security boundary railing with active internal and external security alarm systems in place. The site has a separate HGV access route with a fully functional weigh bridge for trucks. Inside, the facility itself has a large automatic door for HGV access and a separate loading bay for delivery vehicles.

Inbound Inventory Management

We accept stock into our warehouse from you, your supplier or directly from the manufacturer. We carry out a number of internal checks on arrival. We count all inbound stock to ensure the quantity received is correct. We also carry out checks for any sign of damage. If damage is found we will photograph and notify you immediately. ​

Inventory Storage and Management

Once checks have been completed on incoming orders goods will be allocated to a warehouse location and added to our inventory system. If your stock is bar-coded to a unitary level, we can allocate each individual unit to a location. Stock takes / cycle counts can be completed on request. The scalability of our systems allows us to manage your inventory whether you have 1 or 100000 product lines which means our warehousing services are suitable for a wide range of businesses.

Reporting

Our system provides various stock reports to enable us to manage and track stock efficiently within our warehouse. Reports can be sent to you on an agreed basis.

Packing, Wrapping and Labelling

Orders can be packaged in boxes (generic or customised), sleeves or courier bags to meet your specifications. We also offer palletising, labelling, and shrink- wrapping.

Product Fulfilment/Pick & Pack

​Our warehouse staff will ensure your customer orders are accurately and carefully picked & packed. We process and despatch all customer orders on the same working day before an agreed cut off time. This ensures your customer receives their orders as soon as possible.

Logistics Login

Our online customer web portal gives 24/7 access to POD data. A unique username and password is assigned to each client.

Document Storage & Warehousing

Our Warehouse Management system provides various Stock Reports to track and manage stock efficiently. Reports can be sent on an agreed basis.

Cappoquin Logistics is a local indigenous owned business under the direct ownership of Thomas and Ann Kiely. The company commenced operations in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford in February 2002.
